We’ll first have a quick meeting to discuss your career goals, current challenges, and desired outcomes. I’ll share my experience and an overview of my skill-based coaching approach. We’ll mutually decide if we’re a good fit and decide what needs to be done to grow.

I’ll get a front-row seat to how you show up in meetings and presentations, and then you’ll receive actionable feedback. For this, you’ll pre-submit a recording of you providing a presentation or update to your team, exactly as you would at work, for my observation.

Transform your leadership presence in a month. We’ll have a weekly standing session to focus on one of the three specific facilitation skills noted in your leadership intensive. You’ll continue to receive actionable coaching from me⁠ to propel your development.
